Shipping Information
We are proud to offer shipping across the USA! Here’s a breakdown of our shipping policy for your convenience:
Free Shipping
- Orders totaling $99.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- This offer excludes priority or express shipping and certain select items.
Shipping Charges for Orders Under $99.99
- For orders below $99.99, a minimal fee will apply for standard shipping.
- Priority and express shipping options are available for an additional cost.
Shipping Timelines
- When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping method you choose.
- Shipping date estimates will be shown on the shipping quotes page during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be generated, and you will receive it via SMS or email based on the contact details provided.
- It’s the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status until it’s successfully delivered.
Shipping Changes & Address Updates
- After your package has been picked up by the shipping provider, we cannot make any changes to the address or order details.
- If you need to update or reschedule delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Order Cancellation Request
- If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to our representative via Call, Text or an E-mail within 6 hours. Once this time frame has passed, your order will be processed for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Order Cutoff Times & Business Days
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day, regardless of the shipping method selected.
- Orders placed on Fridays with next business day delivery will be delivered on Monday.
- Our shipping days are Monday to Friday.
Additional Shipping Fees
- We reserve the right to classify certain orders with more than 5 items or specific select items as large orders.
- In such cases, an additional shipping fee may apply, based on the shipping option chosen.
- This fee may be applied either during checkout or later, with notification sent via Call, Text or an E-mail.
